Raunaq Automotive has latest technology CNC turning centres for blanking processes. Turning of finished blanks is done with utmost precision on sophisticated machines to achieve highest level of quality.
The forged blanks are turned to suit the drawing requirement on State of the art CNC Turning Centers. The Turning machines include HMT make CNC Slant Bed, Hwacheon South Korea make CNC Twin Spindle chuckers and Parisudh make Slant Bed CNC turning centers. All the machines are equipped with latest technology CNC system from Siemens and Fanuc.

Turning section is also equipped with CNC Vertical machining centres for critical profile and contour machining process. Necessary supporting equipments also include fully automatic double ended facing and centering machines & hydro copying lathes for shafts.
